The main thing Logan did that I liked is explanation of each vehicle without making me feel dumb for not knowing much about vehicles. He was kind, informative, and subtly persuasive. Did a great job detailing my vehicle

Mike, the service manager, went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we had both of our warranties completed. I was told it would probably take half of the day, but they finished in under 3 hours and that included an oil change. The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and the woman behind the desk who took our payment was equally as lovely. Even though the waiting area could use some TLC, we were able to get some work done and enjoyed a complimentary coffee and water while we waited. I have only had one instance in the past where I was unhappy with the length of time I had to wait and the lack of communication from the service team but that has OBVIOUSLY been remedied and then some! I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Iron Trail for service!

It was a rainy day and I was on my way to a doctor's appointment 90 miles from my home. My driver's side windshield blew off between Tower and Virginia. What to do? I remembered the good service at Iron Trail Motors so I managed to drive there, despite the rain. People in the service department reacted to the emergency promptly and efficiently to my dilemma. Both wipers were replaced and I was on my way. Thank you so much, especially to Service Adviser Mike McLain. You all made my day.

Iron Trail Toyota is the best dealership in northern Minnesota. Isaac and the sales team worked with me to get the best deal on my new Tundra. This is the nicest group of people you will ever deal with.
